The Â鶹Íø is seeking a qualified contractor with experience in maintaining town parks and town owned grounds, to mow, clean up, and maintain 4 locations. Howard Park, Cleveland Ave Park, Cole Hall properties and New Town Office. This will be a 3-year contract.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Â鶹Íø Mowing".

The Â鶹Íø is seeking to hire a Construction Manager/or General Contractor to remodel the former Â鶹Íø Medical Associates building into Municipal offices,
including the framing setup for the installation of a large fireproof vault (24 V.S.A. § 1178) to house public records.
The actual vault will be installed by a vault company.
There will be a mandatory informational walkthrough on Thursday, April 17th, at
7:30am, at 677 VT Rte 7A, Â鶹Íø, VT.
If you cannot attend the mandatory walkthrough, you cannot bid.
