The Â鶹Íø has contracted with NEMRC to complete a reappraisal of all properties in Â鶹Íø, starting in August of 2024 and ending for the 2026 tax year. Each Assessor from NEMRC will have identification. A postcard will be mailed out to each property owner a week or two before the Assessors start on their road. If no one is home at the time of the appraisal,
the Assessor will leave a card indicating they were there. Keep this card. It will have a CODE on it, that the homeowner
can use to check the . That information will be available a few weeks after the inspection.
